This is really nice & another great find by GrimmDistribution! on quite a few occasions, it reminds me of Catharsis & their "Dea & Febris Erotica" album - both have great instrumentals. This is more metal & more recent but still... :) I like both a lot! Thanks Grimm! Highly recommended!!!

H.L. Темнолесье (DARKSHIRE) play melodic, lively folk black metal with Russian lyrics, multi-faceted vocals (growls, screams, female vocals) and additional folk instruments, piano, etc. That results in a nice mixture but besides the openers "Егорий Храбрый" (Yegor the Brave) and "Гамаюн" (Gamayun) I do not have catchy tracks to recommend yet. Favorite track: Егорий Храбрый.

Beautiful songs with awesome breaks and a punk attitude. Bet these guys listened to some Clash or Sex Pistols at some point. Agree with other comments about good mix of atmospherics with edginess. Overall makes me feel warm & fuzzy inside 👹 imprint
